We have no minimum budget policy!

Any budget is workable for us. We will guide you through your choices with your best interest in mind. Remember that by hiring an interior designer, you will benefit from furniture, fittings and home decor outsourced for you at trade prices.

Interior designs are put together to fit the client’s budget. Projects are approached in following stages.

Listening and understanding the client is vital for successful interior design project!

This is where we discuss all of your ideas, needs, personal tastes and requirements. We use this information to tailor the interior design to create a totally unique finish that suits you perfectly.

  • client questionnaire completed prior 

  • 2 hour consultation at your home

A design for each room is presented, showing the colour scheme, furniture pieces, lighting specification, floor finishes, fabric palettes and room layouts.

Photo-realistic 3D visuals are used, as appropriate and where requested, to help you visualise the scheme.

Following the initial presentation, schemes are revised where necessary, until you are completely happy.

  • 2-4 weeks (depending on size of your project)

This is when all of the specifics are finalised and documented. These details include Built-In Specifications, all finish selections such as flooring, wall coverings, paint. Combining lighting plans, any plumbing, electrical layouts into a master floor plan with furniture layouts. 

 

We also provide accurate quotes and schedule selected trade. Purchase all of the Fixtures, Fittings, Lighting, Building Supplies and any Equipment once all is approved by you.

  • 2-4 weeks (depending on size of your project)

We have an onsite presence more then ever during the installation, as you will get your design implemented by our skilful handyman and our trusted trade.

 

We inspect all of the items received,  make sure everything is top-notch and installed correctly. 

Your new space is styled by Inna Hart, so that you can enjoy your new home or space we worked on. We also arrange photographs to be taken for our portfolio at the end of each project. 

  • 2-3 days per room

Commercial Interior Design

Each commercial project begins with a meeting to assess your needs relative your business plan.

 

Learning about your brand, understanding your story and delivering a concept that excites you.

 

we will conduct a site study prior to preparing the statement of work and proposal for your approval and signage and graphically communicate their thoughts and ideas to you.

 

  • 2 weeks 

Design Stage includes Developing the approved concept and presenting further detail including sample boards, layout plans and visuals.

 

When working on the commercial project we work closely with you and your appointed team to ensure the design is in line with the project concept and budget. 

  • 2-4 weeks (depending on a size of your project)

Creating a working drawing package with a Contract Furniture, Fittings & Commercial Equipment specifications, detailing lighting, flooring, furniture and accessories. Appointing approved contractors and arranging trade.

 

We aim to tailor the refurbishment schedule to you and your business. It is important we coordinate with your marketing and pr plans, so that you can make the most of the relaunch.

  • 2-4 weeks (depending on a size of your project)

This is when we are making site visits for quality control and maintaining a high standard of installation. Supervising the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment.  

 

Upon completion of the project, supporting the handover and addressing any instructions.

Home Staging

Using home staging service, within days you will be in a position to achieve the best possible price for your home.  We make it easier for estate agents to sell and let the properties on their books quickly!

Each Home Staging project begins with a market and area research to assess your target market and needs your business plan.

Once Home Staging Package and budgets are finalised and approved by you, the procurement begins. 

Depending on amount of decorating being done in your property, we coordinate the trade contracts, photography (with your estate agent) and installation date.

  • 2 weeks

We have an onsite presence more then ever during the installation, as you will get your design implemented by our skilful handyman and our trusted trade.

 

We inspect all of the items received,  make sure everything is top-notch and installed correctly. 

Your new space is styled by Inna Hart, so that it is photographer ready. 

  • 3-5 days

Once your property has been redecorated, given a "face-lift", furnished and styled, we arrange a professional photographer, so you can benefit from having professional photos for your listing - on us!

We also prepare a handover and home manual for you and your agent.

  • 1 week

Consultations

Instead of buying twenty sample pots to find the perfect shade to compliment your home, take the pressure off with a professional onsite consultation.

Colour consultation will start at your home to discuss your decorating plans, favourite colours and ideas, assess the space and light. You will then receive written specification detailing recommended colour schemes (wall, ceiling, furnishings), charts and samples to help you visualise the final picture and help you choose the one that best represents your personality. ​

 

  • 1 hour at your home

  • 3-5 days for summary to be sent

Arranging and refining the furniture you already have in a way that captures your personal style and makes you feel comfortable. Your furnishings and accessories can be reused in a way that is comfortable, liveable, stylish, and most importantly, you. You will get recommendations of introducing colours and patterns to further enhance your space.

  • 2 hours at your home

  • 3-5 days for summary to be sent

We work with property professionals to furnish various projects - student accommodation, guest houses, B&Bs, hotels, show homes, serviced accommodation, rental and residential properties. Choose from a vast range of packages or build your own to suit your individual needs!
