Commercial Interior Design Each commercial project begins with a programming meeting to assess your needs relative your business plan. After the statement of work and proposal are approved and signed, we will conduct a site study prior to preparing schematic design sketches which graphically communicate their thoughts and ideas to you. Next is moving through the design development phase and into the construction drawing phase where technical drawings and specifications are prepared for bidding, permitting, and construction. IH INTERIORS COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN FEES ARE CALCULATED BY FLOOR SPACE: £30 PER SQUARE METER DESIGN FEE (payable in 2 parts once the proposal has been accepted) £100 ONE OFF PROPOSAL FEE (payable if requested) HOW IT WORKS As a business, it is important to look for considered interior design to fit your brand. Standing out from the crowd and having a strong back story is your point of difference. It’s not just the first impression that must be right, it’s the emotive elements such as the use of colours, textures, and the creation of a mood. Your interior is a critical touch point with your customers, and the one opportunity that you have to enhance their experience of your brand. 1. CONCEPT Learning about your brand, understanding your story and delivering a concept that excites you. 2. DESIGN Developing the approved concept and presenting further detail including sample boards, layout plans and visuals. Working closely with your appointed team to ensure the design is inline with the project concept and budget. 3. INSTALLATION SPECIFICATION Creating a working drawing package with an FF&E specification detailing lighting, flooring, furniture and accessories. Appointing approved contractors. 4. FIT OUT ADMINISTRATION Making site visits for quality control and maintaining a high standard of installation. Supervising the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment. 5. PRESENTATION Upon completion of the project, supporting the handover and addressing any instructions.
